He grabs me and
leads me on stage. We pass a few people, but nobody stops us. He must be using
his magic to keep us hidden. He takes me center stage and turns me to face the

can. He is so big that I can’t take all of him so I place my hand around the
part of his shaft where my mouth can’t reach. I begin to suck and pump with my
hand at the same time, twirling my tongue around as I go up and down. He twists
his hand in my hair and sets the pace. I use my other hand to play with his

I love a good paranormal romance story and this was no exception. I was hooked from the first page to the the very last. Missing Pieces may be a quick read but it's a thrilling page turner of excitement, danger, tension and HOTNESS. (NEEKO!!) The fast-paced action, especially towards the end of the book, had me on the edge of my seat - just when I thought I had things figured out, BAM!, something came along to make me shout out in disbelief and question why I hadn't seen it coming.
Gabby has had a raw deal of late which has threatened her very strength. She is finding it hard to trust anyone after suffering from abuse at the hands of her, seemingly, loving fiancee. (He would've killed her if she hadn't managed to escape him.)
After hiding herself away in her apartment for 6 weeks she is going stir-crazy and, deciding she needs to get out, goes to a bar on her own. It's while she's ducking out the back door to avoid the company of a guy she was dancing with that encounters Neeko. One minute she's in an alley way, the next she's transported, quite literally, to an unknown place by a complete stranger.

He took one look at her and knew there was something special about her.She invades his thoughts, he can't stop thinking about her. When Neeko sees her he acts impulsively and whisks her away to his secluded house. Neeko is an Immortal and realises that Gabby could be his soul mate, his Other Half. His plan is to keep Gabby there until he can prove to her that they are destined to be together.
But Neeko's plan has flaws. Gabby doesn't trust anyone since her ordeal with her ex-fiancee even though she can feel the growing connection and physical attraction between them. Neeko is battling his feelings. He knows that there is a great possibility that Gabby is destined to sit by his side as his Queen but she is a human. The Immortals do not like humans, even though they are there to protect them. There is only one thing Neeko hates more...Demons. He has sworn vengeance on all demons after they killed his parents when he was five years old.
As the days go by Gabby can't deny the immense feelings she has developed for Neeko. They grow closer each day but, with the approach of her 25th birthday, comes danger and unseen forces which threaten to destroy their love and trust for each other. Can they overcome them or will they fall victim to those evil plans?
Neeko is definitely one sexy hunk of an Immortal that I wouldn't mind being cast away with. Boy, is he hot? But for being a Ruler he could be quite ignorant in his treatment of Gabby. Instead of sitting her down and explaining things to her and soothing her fears of being hurt again he would just issue out a demand then do a disappearing act on her which would make Gabby, understandably angry.
Gabby is quite a strong character (she doesn't pull any punches with her words or fists) but she can be a bit exasperating. I found myself shouting at her when she would do something that would place her, and others, directly in the path of danger.
Missing Pieces is the first book in, what promises to be, an exciting and hot paranormal series! I really enjoyed it and loved the way the author, Tiffany Flowers, had me double guessing what would happen next. I don't think I can wait until next year for the sequel!!
