Well, what can I say but...WOW, what a HOT read! Zara Cox is now on my list of authors to
When I read 'flirty, dirty and utterly delicious' I knew High sounded like my kinda book and oh boy, was I right!! You're gonna need heat-resistant gloves to handle your kindle when reading this book, a fan plugged into the mains to stop from over heating and plenty of fluids to keep you hydrated (from all of the drooling & dribbling that will most probably occur!)
As soon as Zachary Savage (just the name gets me going!) sets eyes on Bethany Green, waiting to board his luxury jet, he decides he wants her and nothing will get in his way. He practically frog-marches her to his office just so she's not chatted up by one of the other male guests waiting in line with her. They've hardly spoken two words to each other when he tells her he is going to perform the customary body search. From this point my kindle started to heat up and never cooled down until I read the last page!
"My name is Zachary Savage. You can call me Zach. In fact, I prefer it. Because Zachary is too long for the many times I intend for you to scream my name when I make you come."
The sexual tension that builds up between the couple got me going and by the time they finally 'did the deed' I was gagging for it, for them!
The sexual chemistry between Zach and Bethany is so hot and intense. It's lust/love at first sight for them both. After only knowing him one day, Bethany agrees to take Zach up on his offer of ditching the coveted Indigo Lounge experience and going on elsewhere with him to stay, among other places, his property in Marrakesh. Zach is very blunt in letting Bethany know what he wants...her!
The effect of Zach Savage's mouth on her was a lesson in how devastating chemistry could be. He wiped her out with just one touch of his lips on hers.
Their passion is so intense and all consuming that you'd be forgiven for thinking that the couple have spent a fair bit of time together - however, they've only known each other a few short days when jealousies and insecurities rear their ugly heads. They both have their secrets and demons they are fighting to overcome. If you're looking for a quick read that will get you hot under more than your collar than High is definitely the book for you and I can High-ly recommend it. Although it ends with a cliff hanger don't worry as book two, Higher, is available to buy now so you won't have to wait to find out what happens.
