Andrea's Review
Incubus is told over a series of 12 short episodes and, as with all good series, I was just starting to get my teeth into it when the story ended.
A serial killer, a silent stalker who seems to invade a young girl's dreams as well as her waking moments all shrouded in mystery and suspense with a paranormal feel. This is definitely MY kind of story!
This first episode introduces us to Kyle Prideaux who is being watched by someone in her waking moments and her dreams. There is also a serial killer loose murdering the women of the town she lives in. One night, at work, she is attacked and that's when she realises all is not as it seems and it looks like her nightmares have only just begun... definitely shows promise and I look forward to the next one.
Because this is the first episode, it was short and setting the scene for what is to follow, I can't really rate it like I would for a full length novel or novella, even. However I will rate it on the fact I liked what I read so far. It definitely shows promise and I look forward to the next one.
