Final Call continues from where Late Call ends. Dayton's trying to move on with her life after finding out Aaron's secret (and boy, it was a shocker for all of us), but as we all know Aaron is not the type to give up with a fight. So in this second instalment he comes ten fold after Dayton, he goes all dominate, hot alpha male (but to be honest I would not expect anything else from Aaron Stone). He had me swooning and melting on the floor in a hot mess!!
But I also have to *high five* Aaron, he really did show the more grown up, more responsible side. He pulled up his big boy pants and went after the woman he loved. I had visions of him going all prehistoric caveman by clubbing Dayton over the head and dragging her back to his sex cave if she tried to refuse him. (I know, my dirty mind tends to go off on a tangent when there is a hot man involved!) Aaron has run swiftly passed my BBF's, overtaking them with his lean, well_toned sexy body and leaving them with dirt in their eyes, panting behind trying to catch up.
As Dayton starts to let her guard down, and Aaron starts to feel that they are finally making some headway, someone is lurking in the background and has other plans for both of them but, instead of attacking Aaron they go straight for Dayton. I don't want to give too much away or reveal any spoilers so you will have to read it for yourself to find out.
Final Call is full of unexpected twist and turns with lots of nail biting suspense. Emma Hart has created addictive, well-developed characters that will stay with you forever and a well written and engaging story line. I cannot leave out mentioning the sex scenes between Aaron and Dayton (WOW) they just sizzle and melt of the page! Emma's writing style is so descriptive that it's like imagining a movie playing in your head, if I had a remote control I would definitely be pressing the stop/rewind and slow play button *winks*
I freaking loved The Call series and I can't recommend this series highly enough. I am looking forward to more of Tyler and Liv with, hopefully, a little visit from Aaron and Dayton along the way.
