My review

This is a great anthology that you can pick up and dip into anytime but, if you're like me, you'll want to read straight through until you've finished all 5 stories. I also discovered 4 new authors that I would like to read more from. Bonus!

This is my review of...

Empty Souls by Emma Creed

Aaw, I loved this Dirty Souls spin-off story focusing on characters from the Utah charter. It may be short but it certainly doesn’t lack in content or heat! It had everything I’ve come to expect from this author.

Drama

Tension

Angst

Tragedy

Plenty of feels

And a hot, dirty talking, alpha biker!!

What more could you want?

The story centres on Levi, a member of the Dirty Souls MC, and Beth, the pastor's daughter.

Levi and Beth were madly in love with each other. But when tragedy strikes, one fateful night, Levi leaves town, breaking Beth's heart in the process. Now he's back, five years later but Beth has moved on. Can Levi convince Beth to take a second chance on him or, has he left it too late?

I can highly recommend this anthology, perfect to read on the beach...when we're allowed to, that is!

My review

Omigod, I am absolutely LOVING this series of dirty talking, sexy-as-sin bikers who are fiercely loyal to their club, and even more fiercely protective of those who matter to them, and God help anyone who gets in their way!🖤💀🏍

I have a huge book hangover after devouring Reckless Soul. I hardly stopped to come up for air, it was sooo good and Nyx...*sighs*😍🔥

There’s so much I want to say about this book but I don’t want to give away any spoilers. Just take it from me, you NEED this book in your life and I need the next instalment. NOW!!!!!!

Emma Creed has done it again, she has pulled off another amazing read that will have you gripped from start to finish.

Reckless Soul is Nyx's story and picks up where Lost Soul left off so if you haven’t read LS yet then I’d highly recommend doing so before reading RS,  for a better understanding of the characters' back stories and, to avoid spoilers.

It may not be the wild, emotional rollercoaster ride of Lost Soul but you're still in for one crazy ride, trust me. It's raw. It's gritty. It's intense, with some harrowing and gut-wrenching scenes.

And it's HOT🔥🔥 I FLIPPIN' LOVED IT!!

It’s hard to believe that this is only the third book from this new author. The plot flows so effortlessly throughout with a fast pace that packs a mighty punch. The twists came out of nowhere and left me shouting out loud and my jaw dropping in shock. When my heart wasn’t in my mouth, with fear of where the plot would go, it was racing in suspense.

For all the intensity of the story, the author still managed to inject enough light hearted banter into the plot which was quite funny and, much needed in some terrifyingly tense scenes.

I can't recommend Reckless Soul highly enough so...

If you love an MC read that’s packed with suspense, violence, danger and have absolutely no trigger levels then buckle up, strap yourself down and prepare yourself for one helluva ride!

My Review

*ARC received in return for an honest review

This book broke me, not once but TWICE!!!!

It tore my heart apart, began to mend it and stomped all over it AGAIN before, eventually, putting it all back together. I have ugly cried all over this book and I'm left reeling, my emotions are all over the place. I am totally wrung out. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars, as it deserves so much more.

If, like me, you’re a huge fan of Sons Of Anarchy then you are going to love, love, LOVE Emma Creed's new MC novel, Lost Soul. Trust me!

The plot is jam packed with fast-paced action, it sweeps you up from the very first page and leaves you with no choice but to hang on tight while you're taken on one helluva wild ride. The clever twists and turns pulled the rug from under me and had me shouting in disbelief at times as I did NOT see some of them coming.

It is brutally graphic in places, so if you have any triggers then this is NOT the book for you. It is also funny, heart breaking and gut wrenching, sad but so very addictive. I could not put it down!!!!

I love how the author doesn't just tell you the story but shows you instead, letting it play out in front of you as though you are actually there on the side lines, eavesdropping on all of the wonderful characters she has created.

I have fallen in love with each and every one of these colourful characters (well, maybe not all of them)...flaws, warts and all. I can't get enough of them and need the next book NOW.

I can't recommend Lost Souls enough. Go 1-click today and meet your new addiction but make sure to stock up on tissues, you're gonna need them and may your heart forgive you for what you're about to put it through!

Meet the Author

Janice loves Romance.

That sentence pretty much sums me up.

Since my teens, even then I would use all my pocket money and spend it on whatever the latest teen magazine was out, Jackie and My Guy being two of them. So you could say I've had an addiction to romance and the need to read about people finding their happy ever after for a long time.

With so many stories of my own now twirling and dancing around in my head, and after my dad's death during Covid-19 it's then that I started on a different path so, Janice now writes
