Lucah is back and is as hot and sexy as ever! Oh, I've missed him with all of his sexiness and post-it notes...MINE. *sighs*
He has the ability to charm the panties of ANY woman, gives the most sensual massages and he's quite handy at putting a plait in a girl's hair. Can that man do no wrong?? NO, he cant!!!
Surrendering To Us picks up pretty much where it left off in Sweet Surrendering. Lucah and Rory are now living together but are still having to hide their relationship from everyone at work, with the exception of her father.
They are already struggling to cope with lack of privacy at home due to Lucah's troubled (and pain-in-the-neck) brother, Ryder, living with them temporarily and pressures at work with whisperings of unrest among the shareholders, when a face from Lucah's past turns up out of the blue threatening to put even more pressure to their relationship. Will they be able come through the other end smiling with their relationship intact or will it all end in tears?
I love Sloane, Rory's BFF. She can't do is boundaries...if she's not barging into Lucah & Rory's apartment at the wrong time (awkward!) she's often already there waiting for them to get home. However, she more than makes up for it by looking after the couple in making sure their fridge & cupboards are always stocked with food she's usually cooked. Of course, she has got her eye on Ryder and who wouldn't? He's a younger version of Lucah with more than a twinkle in his eye but with a lot more baggage.
Surrendering To Us is filled with LOTS of sexy hotness and humour between Lucah and Rory with the added tension and drama from outside forces threatening to come between the couple and sets us up for another installment, I hope, in the form of Ryder's story which I look forward to reading.
