What a ride I have been on!! I loved everything about this book! The characters. The plot. The thrill of the danger. The excitement. I just love, love, loved it!!!!!
A.M. Hargrove has done it again with another awesome read, I'm totally loving this darker side from her. RAIDEN is the second book in the Kent series with ACER being the first. Raiden does feature quite a bit in the first book as do the most of the supporting characters so I suggest you read ACER first, if you haven’t already, to avoid possible spoilers and to get a better understanding of the characters and the story.
I thoroughly enjoyed this gripping story, it pulled me in from the very beginning. The plot was fast-paced and exciting, it never let up for one minute.
There's nothing I love more than a good book that pulls me in from the beginning, keeps me guessing with the plot twists and holds me there until the last page, wishing for more and RAIDEN has this in spades.
I loved the danger of it all and, at times I couldn’t take the suspense and nearly caved, wanting to jump to the end to see how things turned out for Raiden and Scottie...but I didn’t, even though it nearly killed me!
I adored Raiden and Scottie, I think they could be my favourite couple from the whole series. I liked the fact that they didn't hang about with where their relationship was going. They were quite a strong minded and passionate couple who knew what they wanted from each other and weren't afraid to go for it. Their hot-as-hell chemistry lit up my kindle!
I can't recommend this book highly enough. If you enjoyed ACER then you’re gonna love RAIDEN. My nerves were on high alert, the adrenaline pumping so hard I couldn’t read fast enough. There was so much going on with the main characters, as well the secondary ones, that the story just whizzed past and suddenly I’m at the end, feeling like I’ve been hit with a ten tonne truck.
This series just gets better and better...I can not WAIT to read Cruze’s story!!
