What can I say about this book, but...WOW!!! If I could give this more than five stars I would, it's even better than the second book which I honestly didn't think was possible!
I love paranormal stories and I have a favourite author, who I 1-click without reading the book blurbs, and I can tell you, in my eyes, Stevie J. Cole is right up there behind her. I now have another awesome author to stalk!
I have spent the past week wrapped up in the world of demons, vampires and fallen angels as I have followed Gavin and Brooke's story to the intense and nail-biting climactic conclusion, and what an ending it was. Genius! I bloody LOVED it!!!
Stevie J. Cole has a wonderfully descriptive way of drawing the reader in from the first page and keeping them there to the very last. Her characters are very well written and developed, leaving a lasting impression on you. You become invested in the characters and their lives so much that you have to keep turning the pages, you just have to know what happens next. I was so drawn in to the story it was like I was watching a movie. That, to me, is the mark of a great book.
Bound By Prophecy picks up exactly where Bound By The Fallen left us, and what a cliffhanger that was! I can't really go in to the story without revealing spoilers from book #2 but I will say this is a fast paced, exciting, hot-as-hell, action packed conclusion to, in my opinion, a brilliant series and the pace doesn't let up until the very last word. I can't remember the last time I wanted to skip straight to the last page to see how the story ended but I managed to resist...just. My palms sweated and my heart beat so fast at times I thought it was gonna jump straight out of my chest. There were so many plot twists I got dizzy trying to keep up. My jaw dropped in shock and I shouted out loud at my kindle on quite a few occasions, I'm still trying to come down from the emotional roller coaster I've been on since picking up book #1, Bound By Sin.
The Prophecy series is a unique and intense tale of love knowing no bounds, shining through and surviving in the midst of chaos and evil. I absolutely loved this series so much, Bound By Prophecy is the perfect and fitting end to an awesome five star series. I can't recommend this highly enough so, if you love sinking your teeth into a great paranormal page-turner, go and 1-click NOW!!

Oh, what to say?
I love writing (obvious since I'm on here, right?) I don't have a specific genre - I just write whatever story manifests its self inside my brain.
Writing is like therapy. There is nothing else that I can lose myself in the way I can a book - the way a well written story can take you away from reality and leave you in a dazed state once you've finished... that is unbelievable. I can only hope that whoever reads my work will be sucked into the little world I've created on the pages.
Aside from writing, I love sloths and mythology. I kind of have a thing for vampires, because let's face it, something about the fact that they have to fight the urge to bite your neck and drain the life from you is rather sexy. I have an irrational fear of the zombie apocalypse. I honestly cannot imagine a more horrifying way to go than by being ripped to shreds by a mass of mumbling, decaying, and oozing corpses with clicking teeth. Ugh! I just shuddered typing it.
Now the boring basics: I grew up in the south listening to a ton of grunge rock (I'm sure if you read my books you'll be able to guess who my favorite bands are). I wanted to major in theatre and creative writing but my parents refused to let me. They told me those weren't "reliable professions". Reliable? I'd just rather do something I enjoy!
When I hit 30 I decided to start a bucket list and publishing a book was on the top (followed shortly by meeting a certain celebrity). Proud to report I've accomplished both.
So, here I am with my first novel and working on the second one. The journey of writing Bound to the Fallen has been amazing and allowed me to meet many wonderful individuals.
I hope if you read my work that you will enjoy it. After all, writing is the most amazing magic trick of all... it puts the reader in the mind of the writer (kind of creepy if you think about it).
I hope you love my little world as much as I do.
